Michele joined the firm in March of 2020. She is in charge of running the office operations/automation, managing the firm’s contact management system, maintaining and updating the technology platforms, and assisting clients where needed.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY ABOUT WORKING AT EATON FINANCIAL GROUP?
I have found working for Eaton Financial Group that they truly care about the clients, they consider them extended family, and this resonates with me personally. We are always working on improvements to better assist our clients, and to help our staff work more productively, with better work-life balance.
EXPERIENCE
My previous position was with a commercial development company for 15 years. My responsibilities entailed the management of project budgets and financial resources during project build-outs. I worked regularly with tenant insurance companies, coordinating compliance and providing customer care service.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO FOR FUN AND RELAXATION?
I’m a bit of a fitness fanatic. I enjoy mountain biking, running, swimming, and participating in triathlons. I have two daughters, who I absolutely adore and I’m a true believer in “Quality over Quantity”.
